Arriving on the 11:50 Azusa11:50着の特急あずさ

This train brings so many arrivals that the station car park jams. We collect Azusa guests at 12:30 instead, so grab a coffee and we'll be there.この列車は到着客が非常に多く、駅前が混雑します。あずさ号のお客様は12:30にお迎えします。少しお待ちください。

Happo Bus Terminal八方バスターミナル

Highway buses run to their own schedule. Message us on the morning you travel with your expected arrival and we'll meet the bus.高速バスは時間が変わりやすいため、当日の朝に到着予定時刻をお知らせください。

Minami-Otari Station南小谷駅

Closest station for Tsugaike and Norikura stays, about five minutes by car. There are taxis and buses, or we can collect you with some notice on the day.栂池・乗鞍エリアの最寄駅。車で約5分です。タクシーやバスもありますが、当日ご連絡いただければお迎えに上がります。

Nagano Station transfer長野駅送迎

Coming by shinkansen? We can collect you from Nagano Station, about 60 to 90 minutes to your property. ¥35,000 per vehicle for up to 9 people, paid in cash to the driver. Book it with us on WhatsApp.新幹線でお越しの場合、長野駅からお送りします。物件まで約60〜90分。1台最大9名で35,000円、ドライバーへ現金でお支払いください。WhatsAppでご予約ください。

BBQs are welcome outdoors, never inside. Buy charcoal and firelighters at A-Coop or Delicia. Fireworks and noise until 10 pm, please.BBQは屋外のみ（屋内は禁止）。炭と着火剤はA・コープかデリシアで購入できます。花火・騒音は22時までにお願いします。

Book gear hire before you arriveレンタルは事前予約を

Book your rental shop online ahead of time. In peak weeks walk-ins get turned away. They'll also collect you from the station.レンタル店は事前にオンライン予約を。繁忙期は予約なしでは利用できないことがあります。駅までの送迎もあります。

Goryu runs floodlit night skiing most evenings in season, on a gentle run that suits beginners.五竜はシーズン中ほぼ毎晩ナイター営業。初心者向けの緩やかなコースです。

Tsugaike didn't run night skiing last season. The nearest reliable option is Goryu, around 30 minutes by car.栂池は昨シーズンナイター営業なし。確実なのは五竜で、車で約30分です。

Lift passesリフト券

Staying on one mountain for a day or two, buy that resort's pass. Moving around for three days or more, the Hakuba Valley pass covers ten resorts and the shuttle buses.1〜2日同じスキー場なら単独券、3日以上いろいろ滑るなら10スキー場共通の白馬バレー券（シャトルバス込み）がお得です。

Lessonsスキースクール

English-speaking instructors are easy to find across the valley. Ask us and we'll point you to a school.英語対応のインストラクターがいるスクールが多数あります。お気軽にご相談ください。

Backcountryバックカントリー

Please don't go out of bounds unguided. Avalanche risk is real. Licensed guides in the valley run safe trips.ガイドなしでのコース外滑走はおやめください。雪崩の危険があります。ライセンスを持つガイドツアーをご利用ください。

Supermarketsスーパー

A-Coop is where locals shop. Delicia has good fresh food and a small pharmacy. The Big is cheapest and open latest.地元の人が通うのはA・コープ。デリシアは生鮮食品と薬局、ザ・ビッグは安くて遅くまで営業。

Gluten-free range is limited. If it's a serious allergy, bring the essentials.グルテンフリー商品は限られます。重度のアレルギーの方は必要なものをご持参ください。
